At Noah Sylvia Photography we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of professionalism, quality, and customer service. To ensure that we maintain the integrity of our business and the satisfaction of our clients, we have established the following policies:
1 Booking and Cancellation Policy:
All bookings are made by appointment only and are subject to availability.
 Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
2 Photography Session Policy:
Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. If the client is late, the session time will be reduced accordingly.
Only the clients and their immediate family members are permitted in the photography session.
The photographer retains the right to cancel or reschedule the session due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment failure.
3 Editing and Delivery Policy:
All photos will be presented at the end of your session and you will be given the option to select the photos that you would like edited and delivered electronically
4 Refund Policy:
No refunds will be given for completed photography sessions or delivered images.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling request, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new booking.
By booking a photography session with Noah Sylvia Photography you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
